trunk or treat sign up

Every year our church partners with Fanning Springs Chamber of Commerce to put on a Trunk or Treat event for the community. This event will take place on Saturday, October 21st at Fort Fanning (9930 Kentucky Ave, Fanning Springs, FL 32693). The event will begin at 5pm. If you are interested in hosting a Themed Trunk please fill out this form below. Set up will begin at 4pm for all Themed Trunks. We are asking that all Themed Trunks provide their own candy.
